Though this is not a very light food and it is better not given to sick person as in some cases this is not easily digestible. This is very tasty also. The food is cooked within 1hour to 45 minutes. For the making of pan fried pork chops some essential items are required.
At first for cooking, 9 pieces of pork chops are required. 2 full cups containing flour are essential. Vegetable oil a cup is needed. We also need properly chopped onions of one large size and garlic too properly chopped three or four cloves. Lastly we need water ¼ th cup. For cooking at first we need to wash properly the pork chops. We must also wash the onions and garlic, chop them and keep them aside. The pork chops must be pat dried after they are washed. After that this should be seasoned with pepper and salt. Then a large skillet should be taken. Then oil should be heated. Then the pork chops should be floured properly. It should be then seared in the hot oil. Then should be then cooked for about one minute until they becomes golden brown. After that they should be removed from the skillet. The pork chops then should be placed in a paper bag or kept in a tissue paper so that the excess oil us absorbed. After that they should be again put back into the skillet. Now take a pot .Then chopped onion should be added and chopped garlic should also be added in it.
Fill it with ¼ Th cup of normal water. Put lid on the pot. Now the chops should be steamed. But in this cooking excess fat must be trimmed before. In pan-frying method it is better to use boneless pork. While cooking tongs or spatula should be used instead of forks for by using forks excess juice comes out. When cooking is over serve hot. In some cases it may be served with mashed boiled potatoes. We all love fast foods and if it can be prepared at home without much problem then it can be a very interesting thing to do indeed. |
